Content of the kit
Green sachet - broccoli
Light Orange sachet - egg roll
Pink sachet - octopus hot dog
Blue sachet - onigiri ( rice )
Dark orange sachet - pasta
Brown sachet - fried chicken
Grey sachet - Black powder

Let's get started!
1. Place the green sachet powder in the broccoli section, then add 1 cup of water & mix it well.
Leave it for about 3 minutes.

2. For the egg roll, add the light orange sachet powder & 1 cup of water. Mix it well & leave it for 3 minutes.

3. Then, mix in the pink sachet & add 1 cup water. Mix well & leave it for 3 minutes.

4. For the rice, mix in the blue sachet powder & add 2 cups of water. Mix well until you get a sticky rice texture.

5. Next, use the template provided on the packaging as a guide to make the onigiri as shown in the picture below :D

6. Next , mix in the brown sachet powder & add 1 cup of water to make the " fried chicken".

7. For the pasta, mix in the dark orange sachet & add 2 cups of water. Mix well & scoop it into the piping bag provided.

8. Pour out the grey sachet into the container as shown in the picture below. Next, place the rice onto the panda face section & press the 'rice' into it so that it stamps out the shape of the panda face.

Same goes to the triangle shape  'rice', press it firmly so that it stamps out the strip of seaweed.

This is the outcome when you place all together :D haha

Well for the taste, it doesn't taste as good as the previous boxes /:
For the hot dog,egg roll, & broccoli, it taste like rotten jelly.. eww
The pasta taste like sticky jam LOL
The fried chicken taste nasty T.T
For the onigiri, it taste much more better than the rest. Taste more like sticky rice haha

Kracie Popin' Cookin Curry Rice Kit Review

This is another post of Popin Cookin review, am addicted to all their stuffs lately haha
This is the Curry set & the time taken to make it is less than the sushi kit.
So here's the packaging of the set (:

The contents.
So let’s get started!

First, cut out the tray as shown in the picture below.

Blue sachet- Rice
Orange sachet- Potato
Brown sachet- Curry

Next, place the blue sachet & add two scoops of water. Mix well until u get the rice texture.
Then place the 'rice' to the round container.

Now we gonna make the potato, add the orange sachet & 1 scoop of water. Mix well until u form a dough.
Split the dough into 2 sides.
Ps. It really smells like potato! Cool~:D

Then, form the dough to any shape u want. It can any shape such as a square, round, oval, heart, star shape & so on.. :D

I made a star & a square shape haha
Then, squeeze the little pearl balls into crumbs.
Next, use the crumbs to cover the dough you formed.
It looks like 'fried potato' when the dough is covered by the crumbs. Interesting haha XD

To make the curry, add the brown sachet & add 2 scoops of water. Mix well until u get a thick curry mixture.
It really smells like curry!! OMG~

So here's my creation!!
:D

Taste test time!

Okay. The potato have soft-like crunchy taste (cuz it's cover by crumbs) The texture is almost the same like the real potato lol
Surprisingly it taste nice..
For the crumbs, it taste like crush biscuits..
The rice taste like 'sticky rice' lol
For the curry, it taste like sweetened curry, & the curry paste texture is thick & it looks almost the same as the real curry except it is not spicy but sweet.. & it goes well with the rice too O.O
Overall, I'm amaze with the taste & surprise with the outcome :D

There will be more review for Popin Cookin kits ( am REALLY addicted to all their stuffs!)
SO STAY TUNED! :D
